The BC Treaty Negotiations is an agreement that spells out the rights, responsibilities and relationships of First Nations and the provincial and federal governments. This negotiation process dealt with many things. Some of them were wildlife and environmental management, sharing resources, financial benefits and taxation. There were many issues that were brought up and it took a while to touch base on all of them.
